GOLD medalist!

Today, the 2016 Valor Games Midwest ended after 3 days of disabled veterans from around the country competing in a variety of Olympic events. One Savvy Veteran founder, Meosha Thomas, was selected to compete and won 3 GOLD medals for discus, shot put and rowing. This brings her total medal count to 10 (9 Gold, 1 Silver) over 4 years. She was quoted in an interview yesterday as saying "The Valor Games Midwest is an opportunity for disabled veterans to show how ABLE we really are...to remove all labels and limitations!" We are so PROUD of Meosha for rising above it all!!!!! Congratulations!
